Happy Horse is independently operated at https://tryhappyhorse.com. References to Google, Google DeepMind, Veo, or other third-party model ecosystems are provided for product context and industry explanation only; they do not by themselves imply any official affiliation, partnership, or endorsement.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

violate applicable laws or regulations
infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
upload, request, or generate unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content
attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping abuse, or service disruption
bypass usage limits, billing controls, moderation systems, or security protections
use the Service to distribute malware, spam, fraud, or other malicious material

4A. Acceptable Use Policy: Content Safety and NSFW Restrictions

You may not use the Service to create, request, upload, process, or distribute sexual, adult, or otherwise NSFW content, including:

sexually explicit content, pornography, or graphic sexual acts
nudity or partially nude content intended to expose breasts, genitals, or buttocks
sexually suggestive content, including undressing, fetish content, twerking, erotic roleplay, or provocative poses
content intended to sexualize minors, exploitative sexual content, or any sexual content involving minors, which is strictly prohibited
prompts, inputs, or workflows designed to bypass our safety filters or moderation systems

We may use automated filters and manual review to detect prohibited content. We may refuse generation requests, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report illegal material to relevant authorities where required by law.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Input and Output
- You retain rights to content you lawfully provide.
- Subject to applicable law and these Terms, you may use generated outputs for legitimate purposes.
Our Platform Rights
- Happy Horse platform code, model integration logic, UX assets, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws.
- These Terms do not transfer ownership of our platform IP.
Responsibility for Content
- You are responsible for ensuring your input and output usage complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
Brand and Trademark Notice
- Unless expressly stated, Happy Horse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Google or Google DeepMind.

Pricing, usage limits, included credits, and billing cycles are presented at the time of purchase.
Unless required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable.
